Fulbright Center Statistics 2015

  • 4,428 direct client contacts of which approximately 25% were international education professionals
  • 87 information sessions and events throughout Finland, in which over 3,096 participants
  • Website: 255,000 pageviews and 67,500 website visitors.

Grant Programs

  • Total of 89 grantees (46 Finnish grantees, 43 U.S. grantees)
  • Over EUR 1,24 million awarded as grants, co-sponsored grants included

Alumni

  • 500 active US alumni in the United States (Friends of Fulbright Finland network)
  • Hundreds of active alumni in Finland serving as experts, academic reviewers, Board members, and in various other capacities related to the Fulbright Center and its programs. 154 of them are also members of the ASLA-Fulbright Alumni Association in Finland.

Fulbright Center Funding

  • 75,8 % from Finland (Trust Fund, Finnish government, private foundations, Finnish universities, other)
  • 23,9 % from the United States (18,2% the U.S. Government, 5,7 % other)
  • 0,3 % from Canada (Canadian Government)
