Alumni cooperation is of key importance to all universities but often underutilized. What are the new ways to activate and enhance alumni cooperation? What are the different ways in which alumni can contribute and serve? What is the "market value” of alumni within the home institution? What are some of the new and creative ways for alumni cooperation?

In his lecture, Matthew McGann talked about different ways MIT, and specifically MIT admissions, have leveraged alumni volunteers for recruitment purposes. He gave an overview of MIT's global alumni engagement, and zoomed in to look at the ways that MIT Admissions works hand-in-hand with alumni volunteers from around the world.
