Fulbright Icebreaker Talent Exchange Program

Fulbright Icebreaker Talent Exchange Program (FITEP) is intended for experts and professionals in Arctic fields interested in conducting a professional development project in the U.S. and generating impact in maritime supply chain, ship design and operations, naval architecture, ice-tolerance of surface ships, Arctic research, and surrounding issues related to arctic trade and Arctic security. Grantees propose key challenges and solutions in their fields.

The application round will open in spring 2027 for projects to take place in 2028-29.
