Reporting Speaker Visits and Submitting Travel Requests
During their grant term, grantees should use the Report form to notify Fulbright Finland of the following:
- Travel Outside Finland: If a grantee plans to travel outside Finland during the grant period, they must submit a travel request to ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
- Fulbright Speaker Program Visits: If a grantee gives a talk at a Finnish institution—whether on their research topic or a broader American theme—they should report the visit to help track the program’s impact in Finland.
Mid-Term and Final Reports
Fulbright Finland Reports
All Fulbright Finland grantees are asked to fill in at least one report during their grant term for the Fulbright Finland Foundation. Information given by the grantee will be used to improve the Foundation's services and to help future grantees with living, studying, and working in Finland.
The Foundation emails requests to complete the mid-term and final reports through SurveyMonkey system, so please keep an eye on your inbox for these messages and submit the reports by the given deadline.
For grantees whose grants are paid by the Foundation, a deposit is withheld from the final grant payment. The Foundation returns the deposit upon receipt of the final report, provided it is submitted by the deadline.
What is your feedback used for?
Reporting to IIE
IIE asks for feedback from the grantees separately and will send its own instructions for the final report.
