- Your grant dates will be verified by your host institution to the Foundation. You do not need to verify dates for the program coordinator in Finland. After your host has verified the dates for the project, you will receive the Terms of Award document.
- If your grant period takes place during Fulbright Finland Events, we will invite you to them, and you are welcome to join if it works for the project schedule with your host.
- Sign the grant document as soon as you receive it from us and submit it to the Foundation.
After submitting a signed Terms of Award to the Foundation, you are officially a Fulbright Finland grantee.
