| Finnish Fulbright Welcome Network | A list of alumni, who have signed up to volunteer to help the new U.S. (and Finnish) grantees before and during their grant term. If you spot an alum on the list who has been in the same university/city in Finland, someone who currently lives in your city/state or someone in your academic field, do contact them if you have any questions. Access the Welcome Network here (you have received a password from your Program Coordinator). Please note that the list is for your own information only and it is not to be shared. |
| Friends of Fulbright Finland (FoFF) | FoFF is an active and informal network for U.S. and Finnish alumni in the U.S. You will automatically become part of the network after your grant term. |
| FoFF Welcome Event | In May or June, The Friends of Fulbright Finland (FoFF) Alumni Council will organize, together with the Fulbright Finland Foundation, a virtual FoFF Welcome Event to connect newly selected U.S. grantees with the alumni. This event offers a special opportunity for you to virtually meet alumni living in the U.S., as they share with you tips to help prepare you for your upcoming grant term in Finland. This is also a great opportunity to meet your fellow U.S. grantees. You will receive more information about the event and an invitation from the Foundation closer to the event. |

| ASLA-Fulbright Alumni Association | The ASLA-Fulbright Alumni Association consists of former U.S. and Finnish Fulbright grantees currently living in Finland. It organizes meetings, talks and excursions for alumni members and current grantees from the U.S. and works closely with the Foundation. |
| Fulbright Buddy Program | The ASLA-Fulbright Alumni Association will connect you with a local alum, a Fulbright Buddy, who serves as an extra support person for you during your grant term in Finland. You will be introduced to your Buddy by email typically a few weeks before your arrival to Finland. Please note that matching with a Fulbright Buddy may be more challenging if you are on a short-term program or if your grant term takes place where there are no available alumni. |
| Fulbright Finland Outreach Ambassadors | Fulbright Finland Outreach Ambassadors are grantees and alumni who enthusiastically share their experiences to help promote the grant programs, advise future applicants, and connect and engage with current U.S. grantees on their home campus. Check out the list to find Ambassadors on your Finnish host campus. |
