However, the family members’ travel to and from Turku must be covered by the grantee. Please let us know if your family members are joining so that we can plan for meals and accommodation. Children are welcome to attend the seminar, however, please note that the program can be tiring for small children. Unfortunately, we are not able to arrange child care during the event.

We will not be able to get money back if we reserve meals and accommodation for family members who do not show up. After filling in the registration form, you can choose to receive a copy of your answer via email and they are accessible for 90 days (you will be redirected to www.fulbright.fi frontpage after you have submitted your answers).

We will be adding the itinerary on this page closer to the orientation, and it also includes joining family members' information.  and it also includes joining family members' information.

However, if you and/or your family members are sick, please prioritize your health by staying home and resting. Let Maija and Heidi know, if you or your family members are unable to attend for health reasons.
