Over 50 Fulbright Finland Grant Programs for Diverse Target Groups

The Fulbright Finland Foundation is excited and proud to announce that it now offers a grand total of 52 grant programs which cover a great deal of academic and professional breadth. During the academic year of 2018-2019, over 110 grantees benefitted from them.

Numerous grants are available for undergraduates, graduates, and doctoral students, as well as for both junior and senior scholars. Additionally, the Foundation also offers several scholarship opportunities for K-12 level educators, school leaders, artists, and other professionals of varying expertise levels across many different fields. To kick off research collaboration or to build new partnerships, organizations and higher education institutions can also take advantage of the short-term travel grant programs or the Fulbright Specialist program.

Grants are also available for alumni of the Finnish-U.S. Fulbright program. Finnish student grantees may be eligible for renewal grants, and the U.S. Fulbright alumni can compete for the Friends of Fulbright Finland Enrichment Award to return to Finland to continue their Fulbright experience. This unique grant is funded completely by the U.S. Fulbright Finland alumni.

Application times vary, so check out the deadlines and see the complete list of offered grant programs. The Fulbright Finland Foundation team is happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the programs.
