Reporting Speaker Visits and Submitting Travel Requests
During their grant term, grantees should use the Report form to notify Fulbright Finland of the following:
- Travel Outside Finland: If a grantee plans to travel outside Finland during the grant period, they must submit a travel request to ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
- Fulbright Speaker Program Visits: If a grantee gives a talk at a Finnish institution—whether on their research topic or a broader American theme—they should report the visit to help track the program’s impact in Finland.
Mid-term and Final Reports
All Fulbright Finland grantees are asked to fill in at least one report during their grant term. Information given by the grantee will be used to improve the Fulbright Finland Foundation services and to help future grantees with living and working in Finland. Your program coordinator will send you a link to the report via email. Please contact your coordinator if you have not received the link.
What is your feedback used for?

Instructions for the mid-year report and final report are sent to you by your program coordinator.
Reporting to IIE/CIES
